Fee & Payment Policy

At Swan Earwax Removal, we are committed to offering high-quality, professional ear health services. Our goal is to ensure a smooth and transparent process for all our clients. Please review the following Fee & Payment Policy.

Fees:

In-Clinic Standard Appointments:

$130 – Earwax removal (one or both ears)
$70 – If no wax is found (consultation only)
$70 – Follow-up appointment (within 2 weeks)

In-Clinic Concession Appointments:

For valid pension and DVA card holders

$110 – Earwax removal (one or both ears)
$60 – If no wax is found
$60 – Follow-up appointment (within 2 weeks)

Payment:

We accept cash and credit/debit cards for all services.
Payment is due at the time of service for both in-clinic and home visit appointments.
Online bookings require full payment in advance. This ensures appointment commitment, reduces last-minute cancellations, and allows us to allocate time effectively for each client.
A non-refundable deposit of $50 may be required for home visits, which will be deducted from the total service cost.

Cancellation & Rescheduling Policy:

We kindly request at least 24 hours' notice for cancellations or rescheduling. Call us or send us a text message.
A $50 cancellation fee will apply if less than 24 hours’ notice is given.
A $50 no-show fee will apply if you do not attend your appointment without prior notice.

Follow-up Appointments:

If a follow-up appointment is required to complete the earwax removal procedure, the appropriate follow-up fee will apply, as outlined above

Notes:

All services include a thorough ear health assessment and gentle removal using professional microsuction or curette technique.
Follow-up fees apply only if a second visit is needed to complete the procedure (within 14 days).
Home visit services are available in Ellenbrook and nearby suburbs. For locations outside these areas, please contact us directly for availability.

Helpful Tip:
If you're not certain whether earwax is causing your symptoms, it's a good idea to have your ears checked by your GP before booking.

We’re always happy to assess your ears, but please note that our standard consultation fee applies even if no wax is found and no removal is needed.
